SAFETY POLICY

Ikomo Energy Services Limited is directly involved in all safety planning and implementation processes. The company is structured to plan, organize and execute its operations in a manner that:

• Reduces to the barest minimum—or completely eliminates—the negative impact of its operations on the environment.
• Ensures the safety of workers, equipment, materials, subcontractors, clients and third parties.
• Guarantees that every task is carried out safely from inception to completion. If a job is deemed unsafe, it will not be permitted, in line with the company’s health and safety ethics.

To achieve its safety objectives, Ikomo Energy Services Limited commits to the following actions:

• Conducting timely safety briefings to educate all workers on precautionary and safety measures.
• Providing job-specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforcing their proper use.
• Financing regular safety training sessions—both on-the-job and off-the-job—for all staff members.
• Documenting and auditing safety performance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to monitor progress toward safety targets.
• Deploying reliable equipment operated by competent personnel, while complying with the company’s scheduled equipment maintenance policies.
• Implementing robust emergency response procedures for prompt communication, intervention and control in the event of operational disruptions.
• Promoting safety excellence through the provision of monthly, quarterly and annual safety incentives and awards to deserving staff.
